Why Your Plan Matters More Than Your RMT.

At Total Recovery, we believe that your healing journey should never be put on pause because of scheduling conflicts. While it’s natural to feel connected to a specific Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), the most important part of your care is consistency in treatment — not which therapist’s hands are providing it.

That’s why we encourage our patients to book based on their treatment plan needs rather than waiting for a particular RMT’s availability. Massage therapy works best when it follows the rhythm of your body’s healing, not the rhythm of a busy calendar.

The Power of a Team Approach

One of the greatest strengths of Total Recovery is our team. Each of our RMTs brings unique skills, techniques, and specialties to the table. By choosing to stay consistent with care, even if it means seeing a different therapist from time to time, you give your body the chance to continue progressing without interruption.

We encourage patients to move about the clinic — and even explore care from other RMTs in the community when necessary. Why? Because we know that when therapists collaborate and share their strengths, the patient always wins.

Putting Your Plan First

Your treatment plan is designed with a clear purpose: to reduce pain, restore function, and help you feel your best. When appointments are missed or delayed because of waiting for one specific RMT, progress can stall. By prioritizing your treatment plan over therapist availability, you’re choosing to put your wellbeing first.

At the end of the day, your health is our priority. We’re not just here as individual practitioners; we’re here as a collective of professionals committed to helping you heal.

At Total Recovery, your care doesn’t belong to one RMT — it belongs to the whole team. And together, we’ll keep you moving forward.
