This is not ongoing or maintenance care—this is a focused, clinical approach to support recovery and move you forward with intention.

Initial Assessment Required.

This gentle treatment uses soft, precise pressure through the head and neck to support the body’s natural ability to regulate and restore. It can help with neuromuscular tension, support cognitive function, and assist in reducing fluid congestion in the head and neck region.

We have sessions to support Craniosacral massage only or as an added feature to your general massage care.

Cupping Massage Therapy is a focused treatment approach designed to support recovery from acute and chronic injuries, post-surgical healing, and areas of restricted circulation or tissue dysfunction.

Treatment begins with an initial assessment, followed by a structured treatment plan and 30-minute follow-up sessions. Patient participation and adherence to the recommended plan are important to achieving the best possible outcomes.

Cupping works by creating gentle decompression within the tissues, helping to increase blood flow, reduce restrictions, and support the body's natural healing process.

These sessions are based on your needs at the time of treatment and can evolve from visit to visit. Whether you’re coming in for tension relief, ongoing care, or to maintain how your body feels, your RMT will work with you to apply the appropriate treatment and pressure each time. This is where continued care and regular maintenance fit.

Massage Therapy with Laser combines hands-on massage treatment with the added therapeutic support of low-level laser therapy.

This treatment is designed to help reduce pain and inflammation while supporting tissue healing and recovery in muscles, tendons, and ligaments.

Matrix Repatterning Manual Therapy is a hands-on treatment approach focused on identifying and releasing deep tension patterns within the body, particularly in the fascia, bones, and connective tissues.

Treatment aims to restore structural balance by addressing underlying areas of restriction that may contribute to pain, dysfunction, or compensation patterns related to past injuries or stress. Gentle, precise pressure is used to support the body’s natural healing response and improve overall function.

This therapy may also include the use of therapeutic magnets to assist in identifying and supporting areas of tissue disruption and cellular imbalance.

Wellness Massage is a relaxation-focused treatment designed to support stress reduction, nervous system regulation, and overall wellbeing.

These sessions are performed in a calm, quiet environment with low lighting, soft music, minimal conversation, and lighter therapeutic pressure to encourage full-body relaxation and recovery.

Available in 45, 60, and 90 minute sessions.
